The Dizizid system already provides a lot of default fields which can be activated/deactivated individually but sometimes you want some additional information from your customers. This extra information can be requested by creating your own custom fields. Unlike the default fields custom fields are not profile fields. Profile fields are stored with the user account which means that a user doesn't have fill them in every time he/she wants to order a ticket. Since custom fields are not linked to the user account they will have to fill them in every time they order a ticket.
