It is possible to make custom fields people have to fill in when buying a ticket. The Dizizid system already has default fields like first name, last name, gender etc that can be activated as required when someone buys a ticket. These fields are profile fields and are linked to the person buying a ticket. If someone creates a Dizizid account these fields will be linked and saved to their account so they do not have to fill them in at the next ticket purchase.
Custom field are non profile fields, these have to be filled in every time a ticket is bought. This could be fields like:
